Q: Is there a refrigerator in the room?

It is available for single,twin and 6 person room and not available for 25 person room.

Q: Is there a amenity?

Single,twin/shampoo,conditioner,body soap,bath towel,face towel

※If you need a toothbrush or razor, we will provide one at the front desk.

Q: Are there the bath room and toliet in the room?

They are available for single, and twin rooms and not available for 6 person room and 25 person room.So please make use of the public toilet and large public bath.

Q: Is it available for the internet?

Free wifi/wired LAN can be used for all rooms available.(LAN cables are available for rental.)

Q: Is there an ice machine?

It is available for the large public bath.

Q: Is there any shops or convenience stores nearby?

There is no shops in the hall.There is a convenience store by 20-minute-walk.

Q: Do you have the curfew?

The curfew of J-GREEN Sakai is set at 24:00. Please come back before it closes.

Q: Is there a Copy or FAX services?

Pay for use.
Copy 10yen/page(white and black) 30yen/page(color) FAX 50yen/page

Q: Are there the towel and shampoo in the large public bath?

We offer the shampoo,conditioner,body soap and dryer.Towels are not available.

Q: Does the drink can be purchased?

There are four places of vending machine corners in the hall. (One place for alcohol drinks)

Q: Can you hold my luggage in advance of my stay?

We’ll be happy to hold it for you in our office.
Please fill in the check-in day, hotel guest name and group name.

Q: Please tell me the usage times of large public bath.

17：00～24：00 in principle.

Q: Can I send baggage from Dream camp

Domestic only.

Q: Is there a coin laundry?

There is the laundry room in 1F.（Detergent is charged by automatic putting.）
Washing machines：7㎏×4（￥300）、11kg×2（￥400）、23㎏×3（￥800）
Dryer：8㎏×4（￥100/10min）、13㎏×1（￥100/10min）、23㎏×2（￥100×8min）

Q: Can you keep valuables?

There is the valuables box on the side of front desk.

Q: What time is check‐in and check‐out?

Check‐in15：00 Check‐out10：00

Q: Is there a parking lot?

Please make use of J-GREEN Sakai's parking.Till 24：00,maximum 600 yen (There is no parking rate discount)

Q: Can I make the reservation of pitch at the same time, too?

Q: Are non-resident guests also able to have meals at your restaurants?

We also have the consultation of the sodality and party,etc.
